Thử đổi kiểu cho món gà luộc thường ngày với sốt sa tế ăn kèm xem sao! Miếng thịt gà mềm ngon ăn kèm với sốt sa tế cay nồng và đậu phộng giã nhuyễn bùi bùi thì còn gì bằng!
Rửa sạch gà, chuẩn bị một nồi nước lạnh, cho thịt gà, thêm vài lát gừng và rượu trắng vào. Đun lửa lớn đến khi sôi thì chuyển sang lửa nhỏ, tiếp tục đun thêm khoảng 10 phút thì tắt bếp và để gà trong nồi hầm khoảng 5 phút.
Vớt gà ra và ngâm trong nước đá lạnh để da gà được săn. Hành lá cắt nhỏ. Đậu phộng, mè rang thơm.
Sau đó lấy gà ra, để ráo nước rồi quét một lớp dầu mè lên trên.
Pha giấm đỏ, nước tương, đường và 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối lại với nhau và khuấy đều cho tan hết.
Cắt gà thành miếng và bày ra đĩa, rắc đậu phộng và mè rang lên mặt.
Đổ nước sốt đã pha và sa tế vào phần thịt gà. Cuối cùng, rắc hành lá cắt nhỏ lên là hoàn thành rồi đấy!
